Dear Milton Community,
On behalf of the Milton Town School District Board of Trustees, our Faculty and Staff, and most importantly our Students, I would like to express our deepest appreciation for your support in passing the FY27 School Budget.
Our goal throughout this challenging budget season was to maintain our core commitment to comprehensive student programming while remaining mindful of the financial impact on our taxpayers. By listening to community feedback throughout the entire process, we made the essential reductions necessary to strike a responsible balance between fiscal management and our duty to our students.
We know that strong schools create strong communities. The MTSD is fortunate to have an amazing faculty and staff who work in unison to ensure all students have access to a high-quality, inclusive, and safe learning environment. With this budget, we can continue our steady progress toward our strategic priorities.
