Bridget Gagne, Principal, 3-5

Bridget Gagne completed her undergraduate studies at Keene State College and completed an M.Ed. program in Administration and Supervision. She has worked in alternative education, directed an after-school program, served as a public classroom teacher and educational leader. Some projects she has co-lead are developing UBD units of study, integrating technology into the classroom, and developing safety protocols and procedures. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Casey Provost, Principal, Pre-K through Grade 2

Casey Provost joins Milton Elementary School for the 2018/2019 school year, having previously worked as a school counselor, home/school coordinator, and assistant principal in the Franklin Northeast Supervisory Union.  Casey is originally from Chazy, NY, but has lived in Vermont for the past five years.  Mr. Provost completed a bachelor's degree in mental health and human services from Franciscan University of Steubenville, a master's degree in education and certificate of advanced studies in school counseling from SUNY Plattsburgh, and completed additional graduate coursework in educational leadership through St. Michael's College.  Creating and maintaining positive learning environments for students, families, and adults is a passion for Mr. Provost and he is excited to learn more about Milton Elementary School in the year to come.  


We have been working diligently as a team to learn about the great school community and our school-wide commitments to student achievement. A few of the key goals for this year will focus on these topics.

  • Positive School Culture {ie. Responsive Classroom (RC) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) }
  • Co-Teaching
  • Professional Learning Communities (PLC)
